If you were not listening to your parents

Most times we want to do what we want, even when we know we should obey our parents, God can change us...

I am very sorry that I didn't listen to my parents, I wanted to play and have fun, cleaning is boring and sometimes I don't want to help around the house, my parents were sad about my behaviour, please help me to honour my mother and my father, and help me not to be selfish, so that I may think of others and not just my wants and needs. If someone has upset you

Sometimes people can be horrible and make our hearts feel really sad, God can help us...

Someone upset me today and they upset my heart, it really hurts and I don't know why they did this, they wouldn't listen to me when I was trying to tell them I didn't do anything wrong and I was blamed, please can you help them to see that it wasn't me, and please can you help me to forgive them for what they did or what they said and please can you give me the grace of peace that I will calm the next time I see them. If you had a bad day

We all have bad days, but God can make it feel better, let his light shine on you today...

I had a bad day today, my friend/friends upset me and we are not talking ,I don't know how to forgive them, please can you give me the grace to forgive them and not to hold a grudge.

If you have been angry

I allowed myself to get into a bad mood, I wasn't very nice to any body and I even hit someone, I knew it was wrong after I did it, but that thought was too late, please can you help me to be stronger in spirit so that I don't lash out at anyone, no matter what is said or done to upset me, please help me to say sorry, when I am wrong. If you were not listening at school

Sometimes school can be a bit much and I just want to have fun, running around and talking to friends, God can help us to listen to our teachers...

Dear Heavenly Father, my name is:

I was talkative in school today and was not in the mood to listen, I wanted to but had trouble concentrating and listening, I didn't want to be in the classroom, I wanted to be outside. I do understand that I should listen in class so that I can learn, but sometimes it is difficult. Please help me to sit quietly in my classroom and be ready to learn, please give me understanding and wisdom to ask for help when I don't know something instead of distracting other children from learning, please help me to be helpful and thoughtful of others and to be calm in my spirit.
